Our Nurse Assistants are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living and noting changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team identify potential medical issues. Our CNAs are a fundamental and valuable component of the clinical nursing team.

• Starting wage: $19.15 per hour
• + $1.50 per hour for 2nd Shift / Afternoons
• + $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Yearly wage increases

• Full‑time or part‑time available – all shifts require rotating weekends & holidays
• Days or nights available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide (bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, mouth care, shaving, dressing).
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as needed.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Completed an approved nurse assistant training program with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan (MUST BE CNA CERTIFIED).
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
• Must be CNA certified.
