Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level 2 Neonatal ICU position in Michigan requiring an active MI RN license and two years of recent Level 2 NICU experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a Level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Hospital setting with neonatal patient population
- Night shifts from 1900 to 0730 with weekend requirements
- Five shifts per week with no blocked scheduling
- Potential to float to a nearby sister hospital
- Must complete online modules onsite prior to start and achieve a passing score
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory
- RTO (time off) requests must be submitted prior to assignment; post-offer requests must be discussed with management
- Must report for drug screening within 24 hours of commitment
- Firm due dates are set for all pre-employment requirements
- Active MI RN license required for consideration
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required
- AHA BLS certification required
- At least 2 years of recent Level 2 NICU experience required
- Hospital nursing experience is required
- Strong clinical and analytical skills to develop effective care plans
- Effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team
