You will earn: NEW WAGES! $39.80 - $43.65 per hour to start! PLUS Sign On Bonus $5,000 with EXPEDITED PAYOUT!

• Base wage $35.15 - $39.00 per hour based on years of certification
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• PLUS $1.25 per hour shift premium for afternoons and midnight shifts (2nd and 3rd shift)
• Yearly wage increases
• Sign On Bonus $5,000 with EXPEDITED PAYOUT:
  • $3,000 paid at 6 months of employment
  • $2,000 paid at 1 year of employment

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full Time or Part Time available
• Afternoons available

How you will help people every day:

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our daily interactions with our guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate and innovative care.
• A team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
