Position Summary

The Site Manager provides operational and leadership oversight for a high-volume orthopaedic practice location. This individual will be responsible for clinic operations, staff leadership, patient experience, physician support, workflow optimization, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a confident, solutions focused leader who thrives in fast paced environments, takes ownership, and can effectively lead through complexity and change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations for a busy multispecialty orthopaedic practice
  • Oversee staff performance, accountability, and team development
  • Partner closely with physicians and operational leadership
  • Improve workflow efficiency, patient throughput, and service delivery
  • Manage escalations and operational challenges in real time
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Utilize operational data and metrics to drive decision making and performance
  • Support recruitment, coaching, and talent development initiatives
  • Ensure operational consistency and alignment across departments
  • Maintain a visible and engaged leadership presence within the clinic
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience with multiple years in a management role
  • Private practice healthcare experience required
  • Experience overseeing operations supporting 10+ physicians and 30+ staff preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in fast paced, high volume environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operational demands simultaneously
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred
  • Orthopaedic or specialty practice experience
  • Ambulatory or outpatient operations leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
