Clinical Nurse Manager - Dialysis - FT - DNW Lahser

Manages and evaluates the activities of the dialysis programs. Ensures comprehensive, quality care for the patient on dialysis. Responsible for organizing and implementing educational programs and providing development opportunities for staff. Participates in the administration of unit policies and procedures as well as ensuring that all Federal End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) requirements are met. Represents the organization in a professional manner.
Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required);
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred - Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan (required)
- Minimum of 12 months of nursing care experience and an additional 6 months experience in providing care to patients on maintenance dialysis (required)
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred, preferably in dialysis
