Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC (IVPS) brings the doctor’s office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP. In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as: assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments. Our medical providers are not limited to only Internal Medicine providers, but we also offer other ancillary services such as:
Psychology, Pain Management and Podiatry.

Since our inception in 2014, we have grown from a “mom and pops” environment to a medium sized organization. However, our employees generally think of our company as their second family. • Perform examinations on patients' feet, ankle or lower leg to identify and diagnose various diseases and conditions.
• Review patients’ medical history and consult with medical and nursing staff at facility.
• Provide routine preventative diabetic foot and ankle care.
• Prescribe and fit prosthetic appliances such as shoe inserts to improve patients’ mobility.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff on wound and infection management.
• Perform foot, ankle, and related structure surgeries within the scope of practice.
• Provide treatment for foot and leg injuries, such as fractures, corns, and calluses.
• Recommend and prescribe medication for relieving joint pain and suggest foot orthoses to enhance mobility and alleviate discomfort for common foot conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel stress, and athlete’s foot.
