Henry Ford Providence Cardiology is a high-volume, complex cardiovascular program supporting both Henry Ford Providence Southfield and Novi. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing Procedural Services team overseeing Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) operations across two campuses.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both day-to-day operations and the future growth of the cardiovascular program
. You’ll work closely with physicians, frontline teams, and executive leadership to ensure exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence, team engagement, and continued program development.

We’re looking for a visible, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people together around a shared vision. You’ll oversee procedural operations, workforce planning, performance improvement, regulatory readiness, and change initiatives while building strong relationships across the organization.

Cath Lab and/or EP leadership experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and workforce management skills, a commitment to staff development, and the ability to balance immediate operational needs with long‑term strategy.
