Clinical Technician

Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services that engage members in total healthcare solutions.

Complies with company policies and the Open Door Policy. Operates hardware (cash registers, etc.), processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges for different membership and payment types.

Provides pharmacy products and services: processes prescription and OTC orders, stocks and secures pharmacy supplies, enters prescription information, finishes paperwork, and maintains documentation.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the pharmacy area and maintains the area following procedures, merchandising, and documentation.

Administers clinical service programs (immunizations, point‑of‑care testing) in compliance with State Board of Pharmacy statutes.

Assists inventory management: monitors stock levels, places orders, tracks inventory.

Collaborates with healthcare professionals for accurate medication dispensation, provides support and information.

Participates in training and development to stay current on industry standards, medications, and pharmacy best practices.

Completes assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources, and collaboration with managers and partners.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Prior work experience in pharmacy operations, medication dispensation, inventory management, pharmacy training and development, vaccine administration, or related area.

Hourly wage range: $21.50 to $29.50*; actual hourly rate will equal or exceed minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
