Foh Lead Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position at Henry Ford Providence Southfield – 11800 Twelve Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075. Applications are accepted online only.

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary. Weekends and holidays are required. Further details will be provided during the interview.

Pay: $16.50–$18.00 per hour.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

• Perform inventory management to maintain high value and minimize waste.
• Ensure staff is on task, quality‑assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitor marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
