Position Highlights- Title:
Quality Engineer - Automotive quality engineering experience with direct OEM customer interaction
- Experience supporting Ford and/or GM customers, including audits, 8D reports, warranty processes, and corrective actions
- Serve as the primary liaison between the plant and OEM customers for quality concerns, warranty claims, and corrective actions
- Coordinate customer audits, manage 8D reports through customer portals, and drive quality issues through resolution
- Challenge:
Lead customer‑facing quality initiatives while managing complex OEM quality concerns and warranty investigations - Location:
Southfield, MI (onsite with customer site visits as needed) - Advancement:
