Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation;
Serves customers at grill station following established standards;
Ensures food is at correct temperature and uses approved recipes and portion standards to ensure quality;
Cleans, sanitizes and maintains assigned work areas and utensils to ensure sanitation standards;
Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor
