Our store clothing processors are responsible for evaluating, pricing, and hanging all donated clothing and linens that go to the sales floor of the store. You'll need a good eye for quality. And some knowledge of clothing brands and current styles won't hurt! This is a critical role in our retail stores and is eligible for healthy incentive pay based on your performance.
PositionDuties
- Sort donated clothing by gender, style, and quality to help store team meet daily production goals.
- Price and hang donated clothing for placement on the sales floor.

Education and Experience
REQUIRED:
Any combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the job.
PREFERRED: N/A.
Knowledge/Abilities Required- Ability to work with others collaboratively to achieve a shared goal.
- Ability to work within established guidelines.
Requires standing and walking and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending, and reaching with hands and arms. Requires frequent lifting and moving of light items, up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds. May be required to stand for entire shift.
Mental DemandsRequires energetic, team-oriented individual with a positive "can-do" attitude and an ability to understand, accept and work with people who have disabilities and/or other barriers to employment.
Machines/EquipmentMust be able to use computer keyboard and touchscreen.
Working ConditionsMix of donation, production, and retail environments. Usually fast-paced.
Other RequirementsMust have excellent interpersonal skills and values that reflect the organization’s mission and values. Maintain professional standards of performance, demeanor, and appearance at all times. Must be 16 years of age or older. Must be willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends. Must pass a background check.
