WhatYou’ll Do
- Prospecting & Engaging:
Just like scouting talent, you’ll identify and connect with potential clients, building a strong and valuable clientele. - Client Guidance:
Leading clients through a thoughtful financial planning experience, setting them up for long-term success. - Strategic Planning:
Crafting customized financial strategies that align with each client’s unique goals and priorities. - Relationship Management:
Fostering lasting relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up. - Industry Insight:
Staying ahead of the curve by keeping informed on the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Weekly Training & Mentorship — Ongoing development with seasoned advisors who have built successful practices.
- Licensing Support & Bonus — Full support to obtain your Life, Accident & Health, SIE, Series 66, and Series 7 licenses, plus a bonus upon completion.

- Proven Success:
You’ve demonstrated excellence in your previous roles, whether in sales, entrepreneurship, or other competitive fields. - Education or
Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that highlights your commitment and capability. - Licensing Preferred:
Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses and Series 6 or 7 licenses are a plus (we’ll support you in obtaining them within 6 months if needed) - Technical Proficiency:
You’re comfortable navigating multiple applications, including Microsoft Suite and Zoom. - Client-Centric:
