Corporate Sales Representative

About the job/goals:
We are a national beverage company that is growing rapidly and looking for a competent and aspiring corporate sales representative.

The Sales representative will have one primary role and that is to build and manage national sales accounts.

• Competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth
• Package includes base salary and commission

• Grow new sales both national and regional through cold calling and trade shows
• Develop, present, and implement marketing plans for new customers with VP of Sales
• Establishes and maintains multiple levels of relationships within each customer in order to identify needs and opportunities as well as to provide selling solutions
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Research and Development functions
• Consult with management and provide timely information and reports on retail sales activities, issues, trends, market changes, competitive developments, and other critical matters
• Limited traveling to meet new and potential customers

• BA or BS degree preferred. Sales and Marketing concentration preferred
• Creative, aggressive, customer driven, and results oriented
• Proactive and entrepreneurial
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent reading, writing and presentation skills
• Commitment to excellence and high standards. Commitment to company values
• Must be professional, honest, trustworthy, and have commitment to customer satisfaction
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with all levels of management and develop lasting customer relationships
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Assist with sales forecast on assigned accounts for purchasing and operations team
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
• 2-4 years of experience

• Carry food product to customer meetings – both local and national
• Packing and shipping samples to prospective customers
