Lions Wireless is looking for a driven Sales Representative for our AT&T store in Southfield, MI. You will help customers with wireless, internet, and TV solutions while earning an hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with total earnings typically ranging from $25-$55 per hour based on performance.

What you'll do:

• Greet customers, discover their needs, and build value in AT&T wireless, internet, and TV products
• Sell new lines, upgrades, accessories, AT&T Internet, Internet Air, and DIRECTV/streaming solutions
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and attach internet/TV to wireless sales
  
  Complete activations, upgrades, and payments accurately in AT&T systems
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to AT&T standards

What you bring:

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (wireless or commission sales strongly preferred)
• Confidence starting conversations, overcoming objections, and closing
• Ability to learn and explain AT&T plans, devices, internet, and TV offers
• Willingness to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Pay, schedule, and benefits:

• Total hourly earnings range: $25-$55 per hour (base hourly wage plus commission and bonuses, based on individual results)
