North America Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications
  • Sales experience in one or more of the following:
  • Plastic raw materials (resin)
  • Injection molding machines or molds
  • Industrial automation equipment
  • Established customer network within manufacturing/plastics/industrial sectors
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
  • Willingness to travel as needed
North America Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills
  • Experience selling into smart home/consumer products, packaging, automotive, home appliance, or medical device manufacturers
  • Familiarity with contract manufacturing or OEM component sales
  • Technical knowledge of hot runner systems, cooling systems, or material handling solutions
North America Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities throughout North America
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
  • Expand the company’s presence in targeted industries such as packaging, automotive, and consumer products manufacturing
  • Collaborate with internal technical, project, and quotation teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing

We are expanding our North American presence and are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and grow key customer relationships. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in plastics, injection molding, or industrial automation.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across North America
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
    • Expand market presence in targeted industries
    • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and quotation teams) to deliver tailored solutions
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
    • Maintain and grow an existing customer base while developing new accounts
  • Target Industries (Priority Focus)
  • Smart household appliances (e.g., vacuum cleaners, lawn equipment)
  • Packaging and FMCG industries (multi-cavity molds)
  • Automotive and traditional home appliance sectors
  • Qualifications
    • Proven sales experience in one or more of the following:
      • Plastic raw materials (resin)
      • Injection molding machines or molds
      • Industrial automation equipment
    • Established customer network within relevant industries
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
