The opportunity

Most entry-level finance jobs have you fetching coffee and watching from the sidelines. Not here. As a Loan Officer Associate at Dyna Gen, you'll be on the floor from day one — making calls, learning the business, and working toward your NMLS license within 60 days. This is a proven launch pad, not a dead end.

What you'll do

• Work pre-qualified lead lists and make outbound calls to prospective borrowers.
• Qualify prospects and hand off warm leads to licensed Loan Officers.
• Attend daily training sessions designed to get you NMLS-licensed fast.
• Learn mortgage fundamentals, sales strategy, and client communication side-by-side with top producers.
• Build your skills, your confidence, and your career — all at the same time.
