With multiple retail locations throughout Metro Detroit, we’re looking for a motivated professional to help drive new business and increase customer traffic across our stores.

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development & Local Marketing Representative to increase customer traffic, generate qualified sales opportunities, and grow brand awareness throughout our communities.

This role combines business development, marketing, community outreach, and sales. You’ll execute AT&T marketing campaigns, make outbound calls, build relationships with local businesses and organizations, create and host marketing events, and schedule qualified appointments for our retail sales teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to sell eligible AT&T Internet services over the phone.

• Execute AT&T marketing and customer outreach campaigns to increase retail store traffic.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Lions Wireless retail sales representatives.
• Follow up with customers to increase appointment show rates.
• Sell eligible AT&T Internet services over the phone.
• Create, organize, and host community marketing events and promotional activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses, apartment communities, schools, and community organizations.
• Visit Lions Wireless retail stores to support sales teams and generate customer engagement.
• Work closely with store managers and sales representatives to increase store traffic and overall sales performance.
• Track campaign performance, appointments, event results, and customer interactions.
• Represent the Lions Wireless and AT&T brands professionally within the community.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, marketing, customer service, business development, or community outreach preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel between retail locations and community events throughout Metro Detroit.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
