Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Southfield, MI. The expected annual salary range for this role is $71,000 - $105,000 a year.

• Manage all pre- and post-production activities to support sales activities from part development through obsolescence.
• Manage prototype quotes, purchase orders, and order management to meet customer and internal needs.
• Lead the contract review process, reviewing and confirming all commercial terms prior to acceptance.
• Manage tariff recovery and tooling activities, coordinating pricing adjustments, purchase order review and invoicing.
• Maintain price lists in Oracle and SAP ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely pricing data.
• Manage house accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer requirements are met effectively.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with customers, sales teams, engineering, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

• Minimum Associate's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service support, and/or sales administrative support.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP) and Customer Portal experience.

• Ability to successfully interact with customers and internal resources.
• Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
• Sales techniques, customer and product knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
