• Guide customers through their vehicle's features, technology, and controls
• Clearly explain vehicle functions and answer customer questions
• Assist with technology concerns and basic troubleshooting
• Personalize each vehicle delivery to the customer's needs
• Create a positive, professional, and memorable customer experience
• Stay knowledgeable about current products and technology
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
