As a Security Officer Driver Mobile Patrol in Southfield, MI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as commercial real estate. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to discourage security‑related incidents, deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon & Tue 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations calmly, professionally, with problem‑solving skills, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or public personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe building activity, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while supporting daily operations and helping to maintain an orderly environment for the property.

• Valid driver's license (per Allied Universal driver policy).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal history considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver's license required only for driving positions.
