** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet visitors, confirm appointments, and direct guests, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

+ Assist with access control activities by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry logs, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Support daily front desk operations in a dynamic office environment by answering general inquiries, receiving deliveries, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and consistent policy application.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
