Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. The role requires sharp observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to detect threats before they escalated. You will monitor and interpret video surveillance in security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and other environments.

• Set schedule:
  Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
