Princeton Management, a well established property management company in Southfield, MI, seeks a Mechanical Technician to install and start-up residential air conditioning and furnace systems, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment.
You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and control issues, perform preventive maintenance, replace worn parts, verify refrigerant levels and electrical connections, and read wiring diagrams to ensure safety and code compliance. A valid driver’s license is required.
