Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the software architecture for automotive instrument panel cluster ECUs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Lead design, development, and integration of embedded software components using C++, Embedded C, and AUTOSAR standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve platform stability, performance, and software quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers on embedded development techniques.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration and runtime issues, including CAN bus communication and Linux‑based system problems.
- 10+ years of experience in embedded software development for automotive applications.
- Strong expertise in C++, Embedded C, AUTOSAR, and Linux operating systems.
- Hands‑on experience with CAN bus protocols and real‑time operating systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement robust software architectures for safety‑critical systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions across multidisciplinary teams.
