$22-$24/hr

• Coordinate freight recovery and tender at local airports.
• Break down and prepare freight upon office return.
• Monitor driver activities to ensure customer pickup and delivery expectations are met.
• Assist with packaging and cold chain preparation for client pickups.
• Maintain cold chain integrity for all shipments arriving at airports and held in-office.
• Monitor shipment clearance status and update Customer Service and origin offices.
• Communicate all special delivery and pickup instructions to drivers.
• Follow company, regulatory policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage personal and group email accounts, responding in a timely manner.
• Track “On-Hold” shipments awaiting export or delivery approval.
• Update outbound flight monitoring system.
• Proficiently manage cold chain including gel pack preparation, refurbishment, and configuration
• Assist leadership team with daily operational functions.
• Maintain all training records, certificates, and qualifications, completing required tests on time.
• Ensure proper storage of shipments at airlines and in-office.
• Report complaints, concerns, or operational issues immediately.
• Work overtime as needed and perform related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Sense of urgency and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift packages up to 75 lbs. safely.
• Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
