Provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination;
Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into Freight Optimizer;
Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on load status;
Monitor daily pickups and deliveries; verify loads arrived on time and in good condition;
Take check calls from drivers, ensuring on-time delivery and validate load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting
