Job Title:
Perm - Supervisor - Social Work (Days)

Annual Salary:$72,228 - $95,296 (Dependent upon experience.)

- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or counseling with an LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan. [REQUIRED]
- Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience in examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents. [REQUIRED]
- Candidate must have at least one (1) with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and utilizing relevant treatment modalities. [REQUIRED]
- Experience in working with Waivers. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- One year of experience in a supervisory capacity. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Experience with electronic medical record [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
