Registered Behavior Technician, RBT

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children ages 2–21
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training as needed
• Communicate with the BCBA and other RBT team members regarding treatment delivery
• Receive BCBA supervision for at least 10% of services provided
• Maintain professional boundaries with child patients and their families according to BACB standards
• Enter daily data and all trials used for each patient’s targeted programs
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and BCBA-required team meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 6 months of ABA therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes
• High school degree required
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to bend and squat for up to one hour per day
• Ability to perform fine and gross motor activities, bend, kneel, squash, sit at floor level or in a chair, and stand for periods of time
• Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral interventions, and individualized treatment plans
• Ability to follow BACB professional-boundary requirements

Demonstrates expertise in conducting ABA therapy sessions and implementing individualized treatment plans for children and young adults with Autism. Maintains professional boundaries and effective communication with clients, families, and BCBA supervisors.
