As a Supervisor at Rooted Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient social work services to our clients. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of social workers, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Supervise and support a team of social workers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of social workers, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews
• Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services and resources for clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Oversee the implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for social work staff
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to upper management on team performance and progress
• Handle any escalated client concerns or issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build relationships with community partners
• Experience in program development and implementation
• Proficiency in using technology and software for record-keeping and data analysis
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
