This position entails several essential responsibilities, including warehousing, inventory, shipping and receiving processes. Ensuring that all required information is documented, and the company work order system is updated accordingly.

Supervise and Coordinate activities of all production and production support workers involved in the repair process. Sort out items that cannot be repaired in-house and route to appropriate department. Assign and distribute work to technicians as required. Coordinate and process evaluations, approvals, and returns as required per customer instructions. Assist repair technicians with procedures and lend assistance as needed. Assist Shipping Rec / Parts Room / OSS departments as required.
