Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Apartment Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential complex. The ideal candidate will ensure that our property is well-maintained, manage tenant relations, and uphold operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, maintaining positive relationships, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Oversee property maintenance and ensure that buildings and facilities meet quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Prepare and administer annual budgets and reports, managing financial operations including rent collection and expense tracking.
  • Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with housing regulations and property policies.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement strategies to enhance property value and appeal.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and oversee leasing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of property management activities and prepare reports for upper management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord‑tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field is preferred.
