Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser. Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs, communicate, build relationships, stock shelves, maintain displays, and represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondeléz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondeléz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondeléz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to management.
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondeléz.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Can drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Download and use work‑related applications on personal device.
• Perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment; lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs, and occasionally push or pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Woodhaven, MI or within the secondary locations:
  Trenton, MI;
  Southgate, MI.
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (Start time 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM).

Hourly compensation $14.00–$16.00 based on experience. 401(k) savings plan, mileage reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, health and well‑being program, employee assistance program (EAP), internet reimbursement $10.00, and safety equipment (kneeling pads, safety knives, PPE).
