Overview
We are looking for a qualified and responsible cashier to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities- Managing transactions and ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Accepting payments and providing receipts.
- Bagging purchased goods.
- Greeting customers on entry and exit.
- Managing transactions using a cash register.
- Scanning goods, ensuring pricing and quantity accuracy.
- Accepting payments in cash, credit or check and providing change.
- Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps and gift cards.
- Processing returns, refunds and resolving customer complaints.
- Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively resolve complaints.
- Solid math and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience is an advantage.
