• Product Preparation: Operate baking equipment and follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policy; maintain equipment, meet food safety standards, and manage inventory.
• Technology Use: Use handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain work area, ensure quality and date‑control standards, secure fragile items, eliminate waste, and help members with purchasing decisions.

Hourly wage: $17.00–$25.00*

* Actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Premiums may be paid at $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
