• $35 - $50/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.

• At least 2+ years of recent retail wireless sales experience (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
