Position summary and responsibilities are described in the following sections.

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines; safely picks up, moves, places, and positions merchandise pallets.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends improvements; adapts to change and feedback.
• Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manages inventory flow; follows procedures for equipment use, merchandising, inventory exceptions, shelf capacities, and required paperwork/logs.
• Provides member service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, guiding customers on self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning areas, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged items, maintaining displays, receiving and delivering merchandise, and monitoring for sanitation, safety, and shrink.
• Fulfills club pickup orders by assisting with picking and staging; ensuring orders are accurate and completed within expected time frames; conducting occasional audits for accuracy.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks in-stock levels; reports poor inventory practices; uses inventory tools and equipment properly; monitors shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions and ensures equipment is in proper working order.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help with technology services and assists them; models technology services; identifies shrink opportunities and addresses issues; maintains equipment and keeps products stocked.
