Maintain tire and battery Center (TBC) sales floor safety and standards and follow safety policies and procedures;
Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise the Tire and Battery Center per company policies;
Monitor tire and battery order lead times and assist members with installation appointments;
Provide expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving concerns;
Operate TBC and POS systems, process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
