Position: Powersports Sales Pro – Team Commission & Growth
Sales Consultant – Honda Powersports We are looking for a salesperson who is motivated, a team player, willing to learn, and who can provide outstanding customer service to our customers. This individual will work with the existing team to learn our process and Powersports products & services. The training period is based on previous experience, (30 - 90 days). After training, higher compensation levels are available, assuming you can perform in our industry.

Compensation is salary during training period then transitioning into team commission. We get paid as a team, so no fighting over leads. You will be paid on every unit sold and benefit from our existing experienced team and upward growth pattern. Our team system makes for a much better consumer experience and promotes teamwork.

The powersports industry is expected to keep growing over the next 5 years. Being a Tier 1 Honda Powersports Dealer in Michigan, we have inventory!
