Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high‑traffic environments, and use technology to engage customers in meaningful ways. Mobile Associates excel at building deep customer relationships, identifying needs, and recommending solutions.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment using digital tools, communication, education, and demonstration of T‑Mobile solutions.
- Leverage digital self‑serve tools throughout the customer interaction and onboarding process, employing solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems. Review personal results, current promotions, and updates on the Hub to remain customer‑ready. Perform skill practice, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures, and protect kiosk assets.
- Show customer obsession by providing exceptional service, proactively reaching potential customers, managing follow‑ups, capturing referrals, and performing price overrides for specialty offers.
- Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Preferred)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
Within the first 90 days working at T‑Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
