• Generate retail sales by using a passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

• Potential to grow customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at off‑site Verizon sponsored events.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with schedule known four weeks in advance.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, typically during summer months, November–December, and peak vacation periods.
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).

Uncapped amount per year in individual‑based commissions; compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.
