BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III for Southgate Apartments-BH to perform preventive maintenance, make-readies, and repairs on property assets. You will assist in scheduling and coordinating tasks, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
You must have at least three years of maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certifications, and strong computer skills. The role is full-time, on-site, with an on-call rotation and a pay range of $22.93–$34.39 per hour.
