• Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule

• License/Certs: Valid Michigan LMSW required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (depending on licensure and experience)

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations for adult clients
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, physicians, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress
• Develop and implement treatment plans using person-centered principles
• Support clients through discharge planning and follow-up as needed
• Comply with all licensing and organizational policies and ethics

Required:

• Valid Michigan LMSW license
• 1+ year clinical experience in outpatient mental health
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience with co-occurring substance abuse treatment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
