Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Stamford, CT/Southington, CT(Remote). The ideal candidate must require strength in stakeholder requirement analysis while creating formal documentation and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Rate Range: $68/hour to $90/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions to capture functional and non‑functional business needs.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and document improvements through use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRS documents, traceability matrices, and training/user‑guide materials to support solution clarity and adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating solution‑design discussions and ensuring requirement alignment.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by partnering with QA teams, validating requirements, and addressing issues.
- Provide post‑implementation support to resolve process or system challenges and ensure smooth transition into steady‑state operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
- Strong client‑required expertise in capturing and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
- Proven ability to create BRDs, FRS documents, and traceability matrices while supporting UAT and post‑implementation activities.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $90.00 per hour
