Job Details Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate and manage project risks and issues, and devise contingency plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management software such as P6, Smart Build, and HCSS Heavy Job to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in the construction industry, with a focus on heavy civil, highway, bridge, construction, and marine projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including P6, Smart Build, and HCSS Heavy Job.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
