Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

• Provide full field oversight on construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
• Effectively manage subcontractors, field crews, and all onsite personnel
• Lead the team in evaluating project scope, developing site logistics plans, and coordinating daily operations
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project specifications
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to meet milestones and budgets
• Coordinate with project management, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve field issues promptly
• Maintain detailed daily reports, documentation, and communication on project status

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Demonstrated experience working on DOT‑regulated projects
• Bridge or marine construction experience strongly preferred
• Significant hands‑on background in sitework, utilities, concrete, deep foundations, and/or structural steel
