Position: 1, Full Time

Winterberry Irrigation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented coordinator to support projects from initial bid through final close-out. The role combines estimating, plan analysis, and project coordination, requiring technical accuracy and strong organizational skills.

• Review irrigation and landscape plans to understand scope of work.
• Perform detailed quantity irrigation take-offs.
• Develop accurate cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Request, track, and evaluate vendor pricing.
• Prepare and submit professional proposals and bid documents.
• Maintain bid calendar and track addendums and follow-ups.
• Organize project documentation for awarded and pending jobs.
• Support Project Managers and site supervisors with material ordering, change orders, and close-out documentation.
• Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet high volume and critical deadline periods.

• Experience with irrigation systems or irrigation estimating preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction/irrigation plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
• Familiarity with GPS/GIS mapping software preferred.
• Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and digital take-off skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast‑paced environment.
