Pieper Veterinary in Plantsville CT is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our busy 3-doctor practice. You will be the first contact for clients, answer phones, manage appointments, and help keep the front desk running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to pets and their families.
The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, loves animals, stays calm under pressure, and communicates with empathy. Experience with Ezy Vet is a plus, but not required.
