• Conduct pedicures and other foot care treatments to promote healthy nails and skin.
• Apply esthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, disinfection procedures, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Provide professional advice on nail care, maintenance, and retail product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and upsell additional services or retail products.
• Follow salon safety protocols diligently to maintain cleanliness, disinfection standards, and overall sanitation compliance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, gel techniques, and industry innovations to continually elevate service quality.

• Strong knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail designs.
• Proficiency in applying nail extensions, acrylic nails, gel manicures, and other advanced nail techniques.
• Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care and esthetic treatments.
• Excellent client communication skills to understand needs and deliver personalized service.
• Knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and overall hygiene practices.
• Ability to perform pedicure treatments along with other body waxing or skin care services as needed.
• Retail sales skills including upselling products related to nail care and beauty enhancement.
