We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join a growing orthopedic practice with a strong spine/general orthopedic focus. This role offers meaningful clinical variety, a collaborative physician environment, and a thoughtfully designed schedule that prioritizes work-life balance.
Schedule- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend rotation: every other weekend or every third weekend
- Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- When covering a weekend, weekday hours are reduced during the same week
- No call
- Average daily patient volume of ~25 patients
- Outpatient orthopedic setting
- No office or after-hours call
- Collaborative care model working alongside 5 orthopedic physicians
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with orthopedic physicians
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Contribute to a team-based, patient-centered care environment
